Stretch Pilates and Fitness sessions offer you a totally personal, customized experience. Your program is designed specifically to meet your needs and goals. We understand that everyone is different here.

One-on-One Pilates / Stretch Sessions

Our system incorporates a combination of Pilates and manual stretching. Let one of our Stretch Certified Instructors guide you through the program. 

30- and 60-minute sessions are available.

Duet Pilates / Stretch Sessions

Duet sessions are for two people and are scheduled at the convenience of the group.

30- and 60-minute sessions are available.

Pilates Reformer Machine Classes

Beginner Pilates, Intermediate Pilates, Combined Functional Fitness and Pilates Reformer equipment-based classes (reformer, chair, etc.).

Up to 6 people per class. Check the schedule for days and times.
